My Journey
Already during my business studies, I was drawn to a big question: What makes people not only successful at work, but truly happy there?
I began to find answers during my time at SAP and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen.
At SAP, in my role as Talent & Project Matching Lead, I didn’t simply assign people to projects. I connected individuals with opportunities. Projects thrived because strengths, skills, and roles aligned. One of the most rewarding parts of this work was seeing people flourish in the right environment – and witnessing organizations grow as a result.
Later, at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, I stepped into the role of SAP Lead Consultant, becoming a bridge between technology and people. In the midst of complex projects, I saw how vital it is not only to create clear solutions, but also to bring people along with you on the journey.
My Motivation
These experiences have shown me something essential:

Today, I use this knowledge to support individuals and teams in recognizing their full potential, applying it consciously, and working together in more meaningful ways.
My goal is to make work not only efficient, but also purposeful and fulfilling – for every individual and for the entire organization.
